Abstract

MUH.ISHAK RAHIM, 2021. “Analysis Of The Skill Level Of The Crew In Anchor Handling on the ship AHTS. TRANSKO BALIHE”, Nautical Department Scription, D IV Program , Makassar Merchant Marine Polytechnic (Suvervised by Capt. Hadi Setiawan and Masrupah). Anchor handling is an activity specifically carried out by offshore vessels, esppecially AHTS vessels where this work is very risky and dangerous. In anchor handling work services, the are several factors the same importance is the performance of the crew and also suppporting equipment anchor handling activites, one of which is the lack of crew skills. The purppose of this study was to determine the skill level of the crew in carrying out anchor handling on the shi AHTS. TRANSKO BALIHE. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method, that is an analysis of data wich is focused on interviews and observations to determine the skill level of ABK and the factors that influence it. The authors collected data by theoncoming to the object through observation and questionnaire methods againts the subject. From the results of research and discussion, the level of attendance of Crew is reviewed and asepects of knowledge, Experience, and facilities are stated to be still lacking.
