Abstract
MUH. FACHRUL, 2021. Analysis of process clearance in / out ships PT. Maritim Indo Trans at the Multipurpose Terminal Merak Mas, (Supervised by Laode Hibay Umar and Sitti Syamsiah) Skripsi Diploma program at the Polytechnic of Makassar Shipping, June, 2021. The purpose of this study as a reference to PT. Maritim Indo Trans so that the obstacles that occur during the process of clearance of ships can be resolved so that the process of clearance in and out of ships can run smoothly as desired. This research was conducted for approximately one year, (July 2019-July 2020) which was conducted in Cilegon, Banten. Source of data is primary data obtained directly from the research site by means of observation at the company. The results obtained from this study indicate that there are obstacles in the process of clearance in and out of ships by PT. Maritim Indo Trans which is caused by there are documents which delays for issued so that caused clearance in and out of ships are obstructed.
